Troubleshooting

The chatroom applet does not appear:
Please check that you have Sun’s Java platform installed (click here to download the latest version) and enabled on your browser.

To enable Java:
Firefox: open the Tools menu, select Options and click on the Content tab. Check the box for Enable Java.
Internet Explorer: open the Tools menu, select Internet Options and click on the Advanced tab. Scroll down and check the box for Java.
Safari: go to Preferences, click on the Security tab, then check the box to Enable Java.

The applet appears, but I can’t log in:
Your firewall and/or antivirus software may be blocking connections from Java applets. Please check the security settings for your firewall and/or antivirus program to allow the chat applet to make a connection.
