Mike, I just have to say, I have listened to a lot of real estate investment programs over the past 30 years. Yours makes the most sense. It is the real deal. And, Roger Dawson’s “Secrets of Power Negotiating” program, which I bought about 20 years ago is the most valuable program in my collection, I still listen to the old cassette tapes once a year.
I have gained more useful, practical information from the both of you in your two programs than I did my entire four years of college. I think it is amazing that the two of you teamed up, an unbeatable combination. I often think if the only thing I ever gave to my children was yours and Roger’s programs, that would be all they would ever need to lead happy, prosperous lives.
Keep up the crusade; we need more inspirational mentors like you.
