I just finished reading Weekend Millionaire Mindset — a VERY GOOD BOOK! I will read it again! As I read the pages, I smiled many times. I will now finish reading The Weekend Millionaire’s Secrets to Investing in Real Estate and Weekend Millionaire Real Estate FAQ. If you don’t have these books, you need to get them.
My wife (and best friend) Lesa found the Weekend Millionaire article by Mike Summey in the Asheville Citizen-Times newspaper about three months ago�showed it to me�we went to the website�and the rest is history! I can’t believe it took me this long to find it. I guess it’s all about timing!
I bought the Offer Generator about a month ago and yesterday�yep�I said last evening, I received word that my “Offer Generator” generated offer of $19,231 was accepted. It’s a small but solid 624 sq. ft. one bedroom one bath that needs very little work to be a nice rental that will pump $350.00 a month for a long time.

Please don’t let me give anyone the wrong impression here�I’m just a little guy and I’m not trying to compare myself to anyone or anything. I have a few rentals and very little $$ to work with right now, but I will do fine because I will NOT quit. If this helps one person just a little bit, then it certainly is worth my time to sit here and write these words. Like old Snuffy Smith says, “Times a wastin’.”
