I first became acquainted with Mike Summey when I bought one of Carleton Sheet’s programs. There was a video in the program of Mike talking about creating wealth and why average people never become rich. He talked about how they will save for a while and then along comes a major purchase (boat, car, etc.) and then they spend their savings and go back to being broke.
Until I found the Weekend Millionaire books, listening to Carleton Sheets program was about the extent of my real estate experience. Today my wife and I own 10 houses and have moved our net worth from next to nothing to nearly $1,000,000 and did it in just a few short years. If we can count appreciation, we are currently making about $300,000 per year with our real estate investments.
I did not like my job and always kept telling myself that there has to be more out of life than just this. I have a severe stutter that I’ve had from childhood, which has made it much more difficult finding jobs. Thanks to my real estate investments, my confidence level is greatly elevated and I don’t feel insecure and doubt my abilities as I did in my younger years. I have been able to purchase a $5,000 Speacheasy device that I wear, which greatly enhances my fluency. I now enjoy speaking with people and have a much easier time negotiating real estate deals and renovating houses.
I am thoroughly happy with the financial and emotional results I have achieved with the Weekend Millionaire materials. My wife says that I am a changed person�much more confident than I used to be and very positive about the future. I see many parallels between my life and the description of Mike’s life in Weekend Millionaire Mindset, especially when it comes to persistence.
The most unique thing that I have done with my Weekend Millionaire materials is creating self worth and a true belief that I can make my dreams and my family’s dreams come true. Most of my life, I was belittled by my brother and always felt he could do things better than me, but I have already surpassed his net worth and I’m just getting started. The Mindset book taught me that we create our own circumstances and those things don’t always show up automatically. It takes positive persistence to achieve results.
Working with the Weekend Millionaire system has changed my life by giving me the tools to create whatever I want from life. I am in control of so many aspects of my life and it is a really thrilling experience. As a matter of fact, you can apply the wealth building principles contained in the Weekend Millionaire system to improve your performance in most any area of life.
I recommend getting the Weekend Millionaire system as soon as possible and then committing it to massive action. The most important thing I’ve done with real estate investing was getting started. Sure, I’ve made a few mistakes along the way, fortunately not big ones, but I’ve learned from them and I try not to make the same mistake twice. The beauty of the Weekend Millionaire system is that you get to learn from someone else’s expertise without having to learn everything the hard way.
The books, CDs and computer program will help you from a psychological/motivational/role model perspective and most importantly when you purchase them you aren’t going to be harassed to sign up for expensive boot camps and coaching programs. Everything you need to be successful is contained in the materials, but if you do have a question, Mike and Roger make themselves available every Monday evening in a free online chat on their website. It’s a great service.
