Having Trouble Getting Into The Chats?

Here’s a tip for those of you who have been unsuccessful in getting into one of the live online chats held each Monday evening. We recently installed an upgraded version of the chat program that requires you to have the latest version of JAVA loaded on your computer.

The latest version of JAVA may be downloaded for FREE by going to www.JAVA.com and following the instruction to “Download” If you have a problem with the download, read the instructions carefully. You may have to download another file before the JAVA download will start, but the link to is is on the download page as well.

If you’ve been having problems, don’t miss another chat. Go to www.JAVA.com and download the latest version. That should solve your problems.

We sent out an email notice about this when we upgraded the chat program, but many people have since joined as new users who did not get that email. We want everyone to be able to participate, so get your download and join us every Monday evening at 8:00 PM Eastern, 7:00 PM Central, 6:00 PM Mountain, and 5:00 PM Pacific times
