When I became interested in real estate I read lots of books. Some I liked more than others, but the Weekend Millionaire books were by far my favorite; therefore, I based my plan on them.
With almost no experience I started making offers – - the Weekend Millionaire way. I’m not saying you should invest with no experience; I merely mention it to illustrate that the Weekend Millionaire method is easy to follow and it works.
I analyzed each property – - estimating what my expenses were and how much I could get for rent in order to determine how much I should offer. I successfully purchased a property that has turned out to be an excellent investment. It has a great tenant, has appreciated in value and has cash flowed $200 a month from day one.
I’m now at the next stage of my investing career and no matter what I do, you can be sure the Weekend Millionaire will be at the center of it.
