Host of The Al Lee Show: Real Estate-Real Wealth on BizRadio
I know a little about real estate, because I’ve been investing in it for more than 30 years and I host a weekly radio show on the topic. Mike Summey and Roger Dawson have laid out the path to wealth the way it really is a process, not an event. Unlike some who try to make real estate a get-rich-quick vehicle, Mike and Roger present it as a sure and steady path to building wealth through systematic investment in properties that produce cash flow.
In contrast to the schemes that promise huge windfalls by buying cheap houses and reselling them, these guys know that the real treasure comes from owning, not selling properties. To underscore that point, I was interviewing Mike on one of my radio shows and I asked him how many properties he has bought and sold during his career. I was as shocked as you probably will be to learn that in over 35 years of buying he has never sold a property. WOW!
I later learned that Mike owns several hundred properties and has built quite an impressive fortune in real estate. We are all thankful that he and Roger generously share their knowledge with all who come to learn. I rarely miss an opportunity to participate in their weekly chats and am fascinated by the amount of information that they freely exchange with anyone who wants to ask.
