The Weekend Millionaire’s Secrets to Investing in Real Estate got my real estate career started. It’s only been a little over a year since I read that book and at the time I was a renter living check to check. Although my methods have varied a little in the last year, I feel like I own most of my success to the Weekend Millionaire system. I now own my own home as well as 24 profitable single family rental properties. Throughout this year, I have consistently bought 2 to 3 houses a month using the Weekend Millionaire formula of balancing price and terms to create workable deals.
Although I wholesale some of the houses to pad the bank account, I try to add at least one per month to my permanent portfolio. I’m happy to share this information with others who may be considering the Weekend Millionaire books/programs.
