Two years ago I went to a real estate investment seminar and was sucked into forking out over $3,500. I learned a number of techniques on how to buy houses. I got the bug and became a terminal student studying everything I could find on the market, but ultimately I was not succeeding. The reason was there was that there was no overall plan. There was nothing to guide me on how to find and approach the sellers and more importantly, there was relatively little on the mindset required to approach this as a business.
