rrace123: Just made contact with a HUD agent. She suggest I contact her weekly for investment grade homes and pricing. Do you have exp with buyin g below market, fixing a bit and renting thest types of properties?
Mike_Summey: rrace, I’ve bought several HUD properties over the years. The deals come and go as the market ebbs and flows.

I am sitting here with my laptop on the balcony of a hotel in sunny Key West, Florida looking out over the beautiful blue waters, feeling the warm breeze on my face and watching a constant parade of sailboats cruising past. Below me is a swimming pool lined with well tanned bodies soaking up the sun and a few island fruit drinks as well. An octagon shaped covered bar is next to the pool and extending out into the water from it is a pier filled with tables and umbrellas. People sitting at the tables are laughing and talking and being tended to by several attractive and energetic servers.
