Property Inspection Form

Mike Summey developed a Property Inspection Form he’s used for years to both inspect new properties and to have his managers use as “move in” or “move out” forms for tennants. This form is featured in his and Roger’s book, The Weekend Millionaire’s Secrets to Investing in Real Estate. Several people have requested this form be posted in a downloadable format.
